A BRIEF OVERVIEW OF OUR HIRING PROCESS
Zesium hires the top 2-5% of the developers in the industry based on our comprehensive interviews and skills test.
01. Mapping Potential Candidates
According to the requirements of the open job position, we target the groups that gather potential candidates.
02. Initial Meeting/Interview
HR officer determines if the candidate shares the same values and if his ambitions and a career path goes along with the company progress.
03. Technical Interview
Interview on technical skills - as per candidate’s seniority, the questions relate to the specific technology which is the subject of cooperation. We provide a detailed description of the projects.
04. Cooperation Interview
Additional discussion of the terms of collaboration and presenting the company policy which is a part of our corporate company culture.
05. Contract ratification
We score the candidate based on IKM tests against a global benchmark, only hiring those in the top 2-5 Last step is a meeting with the CEO of the company and signing the employment contract as well as the supporting documentation which protects interrelation.
06. Trial period
A period of 3 months where new employee is monitored and carefully guided so to cover onboarding in an efficient way and his career goals set up adequately.
07. Zesium career
After the trial period, we follow and evaluate the employee’s work within each 3 months and discuss his/her further progress.
