A Brief Overview of Our Hiring Process
Zesium hires the top 2-5% of the developers in the industry based on our comprehensive interviews and skills test.
Mapping Potential Candidates
As per requirements of the job position, we target the groups that gather potential candidates.

Initial Meeting/Interview
HR determines if the candidate shares the same values and if their career path goes along with the company progress.

Technical Interview
Interview on technical skills - as per seniority, questions relate to specific technology being the subject of cooperation. We provide a detailed description of the projects.

Cooperation Interview
Additional discussion on terms of collaboration and presenting company policy being a part of our corporate company culture.

Contract ratification
We score the candidate based on IKM tests against global benchmark, only hiring those in the top 2-5%.
Last step is meeting the CEO and signing the employment contract and accompanying documentation.

Trial period
3 months period where new employee is carefully guided through onboarding in an efficient way to set up his career goals adequately.

Zesium career
After the trial period, we follow and evaluate the employee’s work within each 3 months and discuss their further progress.
