Bravo Majstore is a mobile application for Delmax registered users to be able to review the current offers and improve their purchase process as well as to engage with their clients and offer more personalized services.

  • Android mobile application Bravo Majstore helped digitized and more efficient purchase process. With customized offers, customers make a purchase directly in the app. Customers can browse offered items, add them to their basket or a wishlist and more.

It enables customers to register and manage their own account (check the offers for offered items, complete a purchase, browse products as per their own filtering and save the chosen products to favourites, check their collected points and more)

Admins can check all details as per their relevant filters and categories, manage projects and invoices per custom parameters, manage the marketing campaigns  and financials. Alongside, admins can generate various reports and perform revenue analysis as per your parameters.

 

  • Customers are offered loyalty program – collect points with regular purchase, providing the best customer service. Long term customers can earn points for their loyalty which they can use later for their future purchases.

 

  • Delmax  provided customers with personalized content – customers receive personalized notifications on the company latest news, offers, discounts only relevant to them.
